Stepping Stones of Bhadra 2020-22.

25-2-2021 Thursday Usually Thursday started with yoga practice. But unfortunately we had no yoga class because of camp works. In our optional class ma'am taught us behaviorism, constructivism and cognitivism. Also ma'am added some valuable points on microteaching. Next session was handled by principal sir. He gave idea about importance of effective note preparation. Also he suggested a subject notebook concept. Then he continued the topic microteaching.  At noon we had a bad news that one of our classmate confirmed with covid19😔. The whole class became panic, because we belong to primary contact. We had no idea about what to do! After noon Shiney ma'am took optional classes. Class time ended at 3.50. A day of fear and confusions ended. 

Fresh monday started with psychology class of Giby ma'am. She taught us learning process and learning environment. Today also ma'am nourish our thoughts with swan effect. Our growth must be silent. We can celebrate our achievement only after reach our goal. Second hour was handled by Maya ma'am. Every one was busy in study while ma'am entering the class room.Ma'am had announced a test on naturalism and idealism. But she postponed the test to Thursday and continue  the topic realism. Next two hours was optional. We celebrated birthday of Ancy with a delicious carrot cake.  After noon Ancy ma'am taught detaily about communication. Also we had a test on Kohlberg's moral development theory. In last hour Joju sir shares some relevant points on teaching aids. 

18-2-2021 Thursday Thursday... As usual day begun with yoga. Sir taught different eye exercises hand exercises, head rotations and some postures  to avoid neuromuscular disorders.Then Maya ma'am gave a new school of philosophy- " Realism". A school of thought in between idealism and naturalism. Third hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She introduced Vygotsky's and Noam  Chomsky's language development and its features.  The fourth hour was taken by Archana ma'am . She is MEd faculty and her class was new for us. She taught us  Psychology, it's branches and schools of psychology . Then she discussed Structuralism and Functionalism.Their similarities and differences also. The fifth hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She taught us the Learning Process or method of educational psychology. Then she asked a funny question to us, how to  give water to a horse. she compared the situation with a classroom. Different kinds of interesting answers are generated. Finally ...

12-2-2021,  Friday.  Today I entered the college with lots of tension. Afternoon was our talent hunt program - that is the reason behind my tension. In the morning we had induction program by G. V Hari Sir.  He was really gifted person. He influenced the whole class deeply. He had magical powers to attract the attention of students. Also he rhythmically presented beautiful poems of Kunjunni mash by using an instrument called tampurain. The 3 hours section ended at 12 PM.  Afternoon we had our tallent hunt program. After several years I had participated in stage programs. Feeling very happy. Teachers and every students gave us great support and encouragement in each item. Really thankful. 😍

Today started with psychology class of Gibi ma'am. It was so funny. She had shared an interesting thought " Shrink the glass of expectations ".It was followed by Philosophy class of Maya ma'am. That session concluded with a beautiful song by brother Albin.  Our friend Sreelekshmi has got CSIR NET😍. So she shared her happiness with sweets😋. Then we had optional classes. Ma'am congratulated Sreelekshmi for her achievement and gave vada for us. In the after noon we had valuable class by our principal Dr. Benedict Sir. He shared different generations and its names. According to that l belongs to Y generation.  Last session was panel discussion by Joju sir. It was really wonderful.Four different group representatives gave powerful presentations. 

Day started with prayer at chappal.First two hours was optional.Anjana sang a beautiful prayer song and Parvathi shared thought for the day and new words.Shiney ma'am gave us a clear picture of parduct and process of science.Gibi ma'am taught Freud theory.In Joju sir's hour  presentation of  pannel discussion conducted on the topic ,"advantages and disadvantages of technology".  After noon first session was handled by maya ma'am. Ancy ma'am completed psychosocial development of Erickson.In last hour we discussed about talent hunt program.

It was a nice day.Began with psychology period of Ancy ma'am.She taught as a new theory "Erickson's theory if psychosocial development".It was followed by wonderful perfomances of seniors. It was the part of curriculum. Each team gave their best.  Next class was handled by Maya ma'am.After noon first hour was optional. After a short interval we met Shiney ma'am again.Last hour Joju sir taught College anthem.we sang the song together.He also  shared two beautiful stories.Story of Thomas Alwa  Edison and story of Mrs.Thomson. They were really thoughtful and inspirational.
